As general manager, Philip Rapoport oversees all tenant relations and retention for the Pyramid Center, including lease analysis, project planning, management of building staff and budgetary oversite. He joined the Pyramid Center in 2007 with more than 20 years in the commercial real estate industry. Previous professional experiences include working with Shorenstein Realty Services from 2002 to 2007 as general manager, and held various managerial roles with Brennan Real Estate Services, BPM Goldman Financial Design and the Shorenstein Company. Phil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in history from the University of San Francisco.

Danielle has worked for Cushman & Wakefield in a variety of roles, including experience in both the traditional and tech office markets. She previously managed 2 Bryant Street & 650 Townsend Street, the headquarters of Zynga-a 700,000 square foot office building South of Market. Danielle is a graduate of the University of Colorado from the Leeds School of Business, with a B.S. in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Business Finance and Real Estate. Danielle has her LEED GA, California Real Estate License, and is a CPM Candidate.

Cid Banayat-Weinberg has recently become the concierge for The Transamerica Pyramid Center. Prior to becoming concierge, Cid headed up operations for the Point of Interest Visitor Center and Gift Shop. Cid is a 3rd generation San Franciscan, a Graduate of FIDM, San Francisco with a degree in Retail Merchandising and Communications. Previously with Williams Sonoma Inc. as assistant manager and Soap Opera Weekly Magazine as a synopsis writer, Cid is back in the bay area and excited to meet tenants hospitality needs.

As Director of Security at The Pyramid Center, Jackson Talbot oversees security staff professionals who ensure the safety of the buildings 24/7. He is responsible for all access control, emergency response plans and acts as the Pyramid Center’s liaison between public agencies, including the San Francisco Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. With more than seven years in the security industry, Jackson previously worked with Special Operations Consulting – Security Management Group where he recruited security professionals to protect private contractors in Iraq.
Jackson is a certified High Rise Fire Safety Director by the San Francisco Fire Department, holds multiple certificates in the Counter terrorism field from the Department of Homeland Security, and is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association of San Francisco’s Emergency Preparedness Committee.
