As general manager, Philip Rapoport oversees all tenant relations and retention for the Pyramid Center, including lease analysis, project planning, management of building staff and budgetary oversite. He joined the Pyramid Center in 2007 with more than 20 years in the commercial real estate industry. Previous professional experiences include working with Shorenstein Realty Services from 2002 to 2007 as general manager, and held various managerial roles with Brennan Real Estate Services, BPM Goldman Financial Design and the Shorenstein Company. Phil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in history from the University of San Francisco.

Nicole is the newly appointed Property Manager of the Transamerica Pyramid Center. She is joining us from her recent position as the Senior Associate at One Market Plaza, where she ran the day-to-day operations of a 1.8M Class A high-rise in San Francisco. Nicole has over 10 years of real estate experience and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Cal State University Long Beach. Choosing to join one of the most iconic buildings in the country, along with having a great team, was an obvious choice for Nicole. As Property Manager, Nicole will be overseeing the management team and daily operations. She will additionally be managing ongoing projects throughout the building. During her free time, Nicole serves as a board member for a nonprofit in Oakland, which supports job training for low income single parents. As a Bay Area native she has a passion for both the local community and local business.

Cid Banayat-Weinberg has recently become the concierge for The Transamerica Pyramid Center.  Prior to becoming concierge, Cid headed up operations for the Point of Interest Visitor Center and Gift Shop.  Cid is a 3rd generation San Franciscan, a Graduate of FIDM, San Francisco with a degree in Retail Merchandising and Communications. Previously with Williams Sonoma Inc. as assistant manager and Soap Opera Weekly Magazine as a synopsis writer, Cid is back in the bay area and excited to meet tenants hospitality needs.

Director of Security
The Pyramid Center is pleased to announce the hiring of Ed Wise as the new Director of Security. Ed comes to us with a wide range of experience in the security and law enforcement industry. Ed spent
many years with the Santa Clara Sheriff’s Department, advancing through roles of progressive responsibility and scope to provide critical administrative and investigative leadership for a 1,600 person agency. During his tenure, Ed managed the duties of department spokesman, or Public Information Officer (PIO). He was also the assistant commander for court security, internal affairs, and detective divisions.
Since entering the public sector, Ed has also been engaged in private security, executive protection and other complex investigations.
Ed holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Criminal Justice, a Master’s of Science degree in Administration of Justice and is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP). He attended the Wharton Business School’s Security Executive program in Pennsylvania.
Ed has a California real estate license and is well versed in tenant related issues, which is why his interest focused on the Transamerica Pyramid Center Security Director position.
